  5.                       BBS Operator (SysOp) Registration
  6.  
  7.   The  purpose  of bulletin board registrations is to support and promote the 
  8.   use and registration of the SuperK HST, SKLite HST and Canine Express (K9X) 
  9.   HST Professional Communications packages. 
  10.  
  11.   BBS registrations must be submitted on the  "SKLite  HST  BBS  Registration 
  12.   Form" attached to the bottom of this doc file with signature and date,  and 
  13.   must be accompanied by a new, paid K9X HST or SuperK HST registration. 
  14.  
  15.   You can get your BBS registered for free by getting one of your  BBS  users 
  16.   to  submit your BBS registration form along with their paid registration of 
  17.   either SuperK HST or K9X HST. 
  18.  
  19.   However, if you prefer to pay your BBS registration yourself,  you can take 
  20.   advantage of the following discounts by filling out and signing the "SKLite 
  21.   HST  BBS  Registration"  along  with  the  filled  out  MAILER.SKL form and 
  22.   submitting 
  23.  
  24.      Single node bulletin board registration fee:

  26.            Registration Only $10.00 per BBS system.
  27.  
  28.      A multi node bulletin board operating from a single,  common file system 
  29.      counts as one machine requiring a single registration:

  31.            Registration Only $15.00

  33.      Latest version on disk add $5.00 per disk

  35. BBS Registration Rules: 
  36.  
  37.   For the sake of clarity,  the term "The Programs" refers to the SKLite HST, 
  38.   SuperK HST and K9X HST packages in their entirety. 
  39.  
  40.   Use and/or copying of the SKLite HST driver by BBS  operators  (Sysops)  is 
  41.   allowed according to the following conditions:

  43.   I  agree  to  feature  "The Programs" for downloading,  and to announce the 
  44.   availability  and  features  of  "The  Programs"  in  any  bulletins,  help 
  45.   displays, or other displays that mention communications programs.  It is my 
  46.   responsibility to maintain reasonably current versions of "The Programs" on 
  47.   the  BBS  shown below and I shall distribute "The Programs" only as part of 
  48.   their respective packages  EXACTLY  as  provided  by  Crater  Rim  Software 
  49.   without any file additions, deletions, or modifications.

  51.   I  fully  understand  that  any  modification  schemes,  modified copies or 
  52.   registration info for "The Programs"  is  not  to  be  distributed  in  any 
  53.   way/shape  or manner and I shall not allow any version of "The Programs" to 
  54.   be sold, modified, patched, hacked, disassembled, decompiled,  or otherwise 
  55.   reverse  engineered  without  the  prior  written  permission of Crater Rim 
  56.   Software.

  58.   I agree to setup and maintain a  user  access  account  for  a  Crater  Rim 
  59.   Software  representative so that BBS registration rules may be periodically 
  60.   checked for compliance.
